GENERAL SUMMARY The Multimedia Designer II is responsible for the design and production of enterprise advertising media content while following established graphic standards and guidelines.  CORE SCOPE OF POSITION * Manages design/builds from concept to implementation efficiently.  * Prioritizes, processes and implements projects based on job assignments, and assigned departmental requests.  * Communicates design and media build with supervisors and media team.  * Generates media content for print, billboard, collateral, web, out of home, digital signage, and television.  * Follows established graphic standards and guidelines. * Collaborates on assigned projects with the media team and coordinates with assigned client departments to fulfill their media requests * Designs and develops concepts and direction for projects.  * Proposes, directs, and creates multimedia graphics and photography.  * Operates a computer for a variety of graphic activities, including publishing and layout, production, illustration, and file preparation.  * Receives specific copy and text content for layout from copywriter for design/ build.  * Ensures work is consistent with organization branding and industry best practice.  * Resolves problem beyond expectations without consulting a supervisor or escalates as needed. * Maintains the assigned ticket log and task system to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting all required due dates. Stores and labels all in progress and completed projects.  * Maintains equipment supply inventory. * Participates in weekly staff meetings to communicate progress and problems.  * Stays informed of trends and innovative techniques in order to be competitive in the multimedia design environment.  * Maintains knowledge and promotes current promotions and events, advertising one or more features of the property.  * Follows all department and casino standards and expectations to deliver exceptional guest service. * Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained. * Performs all other duties as assigned.
