Job Duties:

• Develop high-quality multimedia assets including graphic design, motion graphics, video editing and brand visual content aligned with Avrus brand identity.
• Create marketing collateral for digital channels, social media, websites, presentations and print materials to support business and client campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions for AV projects.
• Manage full design workflows: concept development, creation, revision, final export and organisation of design files and asset libraries.
• Optimise visual content for multiple digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with multimedia design trends, tools and industry best practices and bring fresh creative ideas to internal and client-facing projects.
• Review and refine creative work based on internal feedback to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in multimedia, graphic or digital design.
• Strong proficiency in Creative Software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Zbrush and InDesign, etc.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion graphics and video production capabilities.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Great communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Relevant qualification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation is highly regarded.
