Location: Remote Schedule: 1:00pm EST - 6:00pm EST We are hiring a vetted, highly skilled Virtual Assistant with strong expertise in AI-driven content creation. This role involves producing professional videos, images, graphics, product content, and branded marketing materials for multiple industries—using modern AI tools and editing software. This position also includes light administrative/VA support, strong communication, and reliable task delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Content Creation Produce high-quality AI-enhanced videos, ads, and short-form content Create product images, listing images, and promotional visuals Design graphics, social media posts, and branded marketing assets Build motion graphics, animated text, and clean promotional visuals Follow specific brand guidelines and ensure consistent styles Create content across multiple industries: e-commerce, Amazon, real estate, local service businesses, and more Important: All generated content must exclude human faces or people (company policy) Administrative & VA Support Manage content calendars and delivery timelines Handle file organization and basic communication tasks Provide support across various ongoing projects Work independently with minimal supervision Must be strong in most of the following tools: Canva InVideo CapCut or VN Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Pika (AI image/video tools) Google Drive, Docs, Sheets MS Office (basic) ChatGPT Task tools like Trello or Notion Preferred (not required): Photoshop Descript Additional AI creative tools Requirements Proven experience in AI-driven content creation Strong design sense and branding awareness Excellent English communication (written & verbal) Works fast and delivers within 24–48 hours Creative, organized, reliable, detail-oriented Fast learner and comfortable adapting to new AI tools Able to work independently with minimal supervision Honest, consistent, and long-term focused Able to produce content for multiple industries Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Strictly able to create non-human, faceless content Weekly Pay Work From Home
