Description
We are looking for a highly creative, collaborative and versatile Multimedia Designer with strong graphic design foundations. You will support our marketing and design team in producing compelling visuals across digital, interactive, and experiential platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ideating and creating unique advertising showcases, thrives on solving creative challenges, and eager to grow their skills in 3D and motion graphics. Job Scope: Graphic & Digital Design Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media content, e-flyers, digital ads, and presentations Design and adapt layouts for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity Sales & Marketing Collateral: Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including pitch decks, social media content, e-flyers, email newsletters, and interactive sales tools 3D & Motion Design Support in modelling, texturing, and animating 3D assets for campaigns and experiential projects (large-format digital screens, OOH, event visuals) Assist in creating motion graphics, simple animations, and visual mockups to bring creative ideas to life Asset Management: Regularly maintain and organise design assets (e.g., photos, videos, audio, etc.) Campaign & Production Support Resize and optimise assets for different digital platforms and formats Collaborate with the wider marketing and design team to integrate 3D and motion into broader campaigns Prepare 2D/3D mockups and artist impressions to support pitches and discussions Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio showcasing graphic design work and some 3D/motion projects Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and social media platforms AI-competent in design tools such as Freepik, Gamma, Midjourney, and HeyGen Working knowledge in modern UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch Design Skills: Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear and impactful visual designs Basic knowledge of 3D principles (modelling, lighting, texturing, rendering) Soft Skills: A highly creative thinker with a strong sense of ownership and a rigorous attention to detail Eager to learn and expand both 2D and 3D design capabilities Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design choices and ideas Able to manage deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities Desirable Knowledge & Skills: Command of front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Working knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
