Responsibilities Assist in communication operations during club events Provide coverage on social media that includes event recaps, member features, and programming initiatives Collaborate with departments to promote programs, dining specials, and seasonal offerings Assist with member newsletters and club announcements via email Assist with updating website content for the club calendar, restaurant hours, menus, and membership directory Update flyer information on Canva for other departments Capture photos during club events and activities Requirements Experience and Eligibility Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365 Strong writing and editing skills with a professional, yet friendly tone Familiarity with social media Comfortable interacting with members, staff, and vendors Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Basic knowledge of website editing Previous internship or on-campus experience in communications, marketing, or social media Experience with photography, video editing, or graphic design tools is a plus Expected Work Hours Flexible schedule, ranging from 20-30 hours per week Should be open to a flexible schedule in accordance with business needs that include a few weekends during the summer Benefits Employee Referral Program Free Employee Meals Fun and friendly team, an opportunity to make lasting connections Additional Information Hourly Rate is $17.00 Able to commute to Olympia Fields, IL Expected Start Date: May 11-18
