JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Videographer, Photographer & AI Motion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, experience in high-quality video and photo production, and hands-on knowledge of AI-driven motion graphics and editing tools. This role is perfect for a multimedia professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about blending traditional media with emerging AI technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a videographer and photographer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Experience with AI motion and video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, or similar)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color grading, and sound design
• Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and operate studio/directional lighting
• Familiarity with 3D, VFX, or motion capture is a plus
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or diploma in Media Production, Film, Photography, or related fields
• Experience with drone videography and licensed drone operation
• Knowledge of video SEO and optimizing content for social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Passion for experimenting with new technologies in media production

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, training, social media, and internal communications
• Capture professional-grade photography for events, product showcases, campaigns, and corporate use
• Operate cameras, lighting, drones, and sound equipment
• Organize and manage video and photo shoots, including pre-production planning and post-production workflow
• Archive and catalog multimedia assets following brand and file naming conventions
