GLIMPSE OF THE JOB
Mays Business School i s seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Project Coordinator as our Marketing & Communications team continues its exponential growth. This dynamic role is responsible for producing compelling visual content that enhances the school’s brand across print, web, social media, video platforms, and digital signage, including our state-of-the-art media wall. The ideal candidate will be skilled in photography and visual storytelling. You will set up and operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment for both studio and field shoots. In addition to capturing high-quality images. You will play a key role in video production, participating in all stages of pre-production including concept development, storyboarding, script collaboration, and location scouting. And you will handle post-production tasks such as editing and packaging photos for various platforms. This role also involves conceptualizing and coordinating content, writing engaging captions, cut-lines, and alt text, and assisting in sourcing original and stock photography to support a wide range of marketing initiatives.
