We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in Office for Advancement of Learning and Teaching (ALTO): Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing comprehensive technical and administrative support to end-users of the University’s Online Learning Environment (OLE) and iBookcase App via phone and email. Performing daily LMS administrative tasks, including course creation and configuration, user account setup, enrolment management, and mobile app configurations (e.g. milestone tracker, GIP study tour). Managing and administering evaluation tools, including setting up surveys and compiling reports. Managing the reservation and distribution of teaching tools licenses. Setting up multimedia components for courses. Maintaining accurate administrative documentation, including user guides, knowledge bases and FAQs. Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Advancement of Learning and Teaching and his/her nominees. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience, and competence: A recognized degree in Multimedia Technology or a related discipline; Preferably with at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; Hands-on experience in managing and operating learning management systems (LMS); A proactive team player with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficient in routine administrative work, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
