This role is all about connecting with potential prospects, supporting innovative campaigns, and helping businesses navigate global benefits management, retirement solutions, expatriate benefits, and mobility strategies. You'll be part of a team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering tailored solutions to clients worldwide. How you'll make an impact In this role, you'll be at the forefront of Gallagher's MBM initiatives, engaging with prospects and supporting the sales team in creating meaningful connections. You'll follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, including thought leadership newsletters, webinars, and targeted mobility campaigns. By delivering pre-prepared materials and scheduling follow-ups, you'll ensure prospects understand the value Gallagher brings to their business. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across various teams, sharing insights and tracking progress in our CRM system to ensure every opportunity is maximized. Your day-to-day will involve: Engaging with prospects from diverse marketing campaigns and introducing them to Gallagher's MBM solutions. Following scripts and processes to ensure consistent and effective communication. Delivering tailored materials to prospects and scheduling follow-ups with the sales team. Collaborating with colleagues across Gallagher to share insights and track lead progress. Operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns, and reporting on results. About you You're someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment and enjoys connecting with people. You'll bring: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with global clients. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and lead generation, particularly in B2B environments and CRM systems like Salesforce. A background in HR, insurance, financial services, or employee benefits is desirable but not essential. Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results.
