We are looking for Multipack / Palletising Operators to join our team in Regency Park, with The Smith’s Snackfood Company on either Day shift or Night shift. Details: Location: Regency Park Opportunity to work in one shift only and manage life better Day Shift; Monday to Thursday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am - midday Night Shift; Monday to Friday 6:00 pm - 2:00 am - PLEASE NOTE; start & finish times may be adjusted as necessary Position: Permanent Part Time For you: Competitive benefits package: Discounts on Scoopon, Luxury Escapes, Asahi Beverages portfolio Generous leave options (20 weeks paid parental leave for primary & secondary carer) Lease Plan Health & Wellness programs: Discounted private health insurance Financial coaching Counselling sessions Flu vaccinations Skin checks Professional development programs Responsibilities Operate palletising equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery Manage all production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring leading to the palletising robots Manage organising our Copacker (contractor) deliveries and pallecons storage Prepare and complete accurate records Cleaning and housekeeping Quality assurance of our product Qualifications Forklift and Reach Truck licence (will be controlling a reach truck mainly) Previous experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment Experience with SAP advantageous A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation A commitment to achieving team goals whilst being able to work autonomously A confident and motivated individual with high-level communications and time management skills
