To be considered for these roles, you must display the following:

• Café All Rounder: Minimum 1 year of cafe experience as an All Rounder or a Barista (must have prior coffee making skills)
• Team Leader: Prior experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position, where you were responsible for ordering stock
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene (training can be provided).
• Organised and efficient with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn & can-do attitude
