Lismore Workers Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused and flexible hospitality team members across our three club locations. We have casual and part-time opportunities available in the following roles:

Available Positions

• Club / Floor Supervisors
• Bar Staff & Beverage Attendants
• Gaming Attendants / Gaming Floor Staff
• Bistro & Café All-Rounders (food service, light meals, café duties)
• Courtesy Bus Driver

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Hospitality experience in clubs, bars, bistros, cafés or gaming venues — from casual bar work to supervisory roles.
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly demeanour and ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts — nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current relevant certifications: responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and, where required, responsible gaming certification (RCG or equivalent).

✅ What the roles involve

Depending on the role you apply for, typical duties include:

• Serving drinks — beer, wine, cocktails — and preparing beverages or light refreshments for club and gaming patrons.
• Operating TAB / Keno / gaming floor terminals, assisting with payouts, cash handling, and ensuring responsible gaming compliance.
• Maintaining bar, café, bistro or gaming-floor cleanliness — clearing tables, restocking supplies, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• For Supervisor roles: assisting Duty or Venue Managers in running shifts, mentoring junior staff, supervising floor operations, and maintaining standards of service and compliance.
• In Café/Bistro roles: light meal service, basic food/beverage preparation, customer service, and possibly shift multitasking between bar, café and gaming areas (depending on your skills and club needs).
