Your Days Will Look Like Every role plays a key part in delivering a seamless Buffalo Bills experience: Front Door & Arrival Experience (Coat Check / Admissions) * Welcome guests with energy, confidence, and clarity * Manage guest flow, reservations, and entry experience during peak rushes * Set the tone from the moment guests arrive * Keep the line moving while maintaining a safe, controlled environment * Create a smooth, positive first impression that reflects the Buffalo Bills vibe Floor & Guest Experience (Bussers) * Keep the venue running smoothly during high-volume service * Support servers and bartenders with fast, efficient table maintenance * Reset tables quickly to keep energy and flow consistent * Anticipate guest and team needs before they’re asked * Help maintain a clean, organized, high-energy environment at all times Door Hosts: * Manage guest arrival and entry flow during peak periods * Oversee line management and maintain smooth, controlled crowd movement * Support door security processes to ensure a safe and positive environment * Enforce venue capacity and entry standards consistently and fairly * Read the room- anticipate surges in demand and adjust flow accordingly * Work closely with management to maintain a safe, high-energy environment * Stay calm, composed, and guest-focused in a fast-paced nightlife setting If you’re high energy, love working with people, and want to be part of one of Whistler’s most iconic nightlife teams—we want to meet you.
