This is a cross‑functional, high‑visibility role supporting multiple teams across Operations Services and the enterprise. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with operational systems, partner with internal teams, and play a key role in keeping payment and processing activities moving efficiently for our clients. What You’ll Do Support day‑to‑day production across multiple operational systems Process and research payment transactions, claims, and exceptions Perform data entry, document imaging, archiving, and troubleshooting Collaborate with internal partners and communicate with vendors and external customers as needed Research exceptions and escalate issues appropriately Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where accuracy matters May include physical activity such as moving trays or carts, repetitive motions, and standing or sitting for extended periods.
