The Infrastructure Platforms Engineer will play a key role in various responsibilities, including data centre management, hardware and server management (with systems such as HPE Synergy, Dell, and others), and overseeing storage management. This includes deploying, configuring, managing, and tuning both physical and virtual storage systems, as well as managing Storage Area Network (SAN) switches and related hardware like HPE, NetApp, Dell Data Domain, Brocade Fabric Switches, and SANnav. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for backup configuration, management, and disaster recovery using tools like Veeam software and Dell Data Domain. The role also involves working with virtualization and automation technologies, such as VMware vSphere, vRealize, VMware Aria Automation, Orchestrator, Operations, and NSX-T.
