Job Description Lead process for Parent Seeds from import quantity calculation, import permit and follow up quality testing results, Good receipt & Good issue (GR & GI) supervising in Warehouse. Coordinate with Field Operation Supervisor/ Vendors to collect supporting documents for Growers vendor/ Indirect vendor code creation. Follow up with Planning/Toller for packing plan/packing results to GR/GI and manage seeds, chemical, packaging. Lead process for Parent Seed/ Semi seed product cycle count at cold storage. Manage procedures/work instruction/form in ETQ system. Qualifications Bachelor degree is required. English communication skills required Minimum of 01 years’ work experience, Understand of seed production/ planning process is preferred Good experience on SAP system Familiar with Microsoft Office Good at data collect & analysis Good at interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

The role involves leading the process for Parent Seeds, covering import quantity calculation, permit management, quality testing follow-up, and supervising warehouse Goods Receipt and Goods Issue. Additionally, the assistant will coordinate vendor documentation and manage procedures within the ETQ system.
