MULTI-POINT VEHICLE INSPECTOR

Location: Cargem Workshop
Hours: 45 hours per week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Multi-Point Vehicle Inspector to join our team of skilled mechanics. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong diagnostic skills, and a solid understanding of vehicle systems. This role involves conducting comprehensive vehicle checks and accurately reporting findings to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.

• Perform thorough multi-point inspections on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose and analyze issues using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
• Assess the condition of essential systems and components, including:
• Fluids: Engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant.
• Filters: Oil and air filters, ensuring they are not clogged or damaged.
• Belts & Hoses: Inspect for wear, cracks, or leaks.
• Tires: Check for tread depth, wear, pressure, and road performance.
• Battery: Test battery health, voltage, and connections.
• Other Key Systems: Engine, transmission, shocks and struts, axle, chassis, exhaust, and steering.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
