Description Multisite Practice Manager – Primary Care & Immediate Care Location: Columbia area, Maryland Reports To: Regional Practice Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multisite Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of 2–4 Primary Care and Immediate Care clinics in Columbia area, Maryland. In this role, you will: Oversee clinical and administrative staff (Front Desk and Medical Assistants). Ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and high-quality care. Partner with the Regional Practice Manager and Regional Medical Director to align day-to-day operations with organizational goals. This position requires full-time, on-site presence (40+ hours per week) and regular travel between assigned clinics. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics. Improve workflows to maximize patient flow and reduce wait times. Implement and monitor compliance with SOPs across all sites. People & Site Management Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise clinical and administrative staff. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Conduct staff meetings, huddles, and performance reviews to drive engagement and retention. Serve as the main contact for vendors, IT, and site-related activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards through audits. Provide coaching, performance management, and corrective actions when needed. Patient Experience & De-Escalation Act as the point of escalation for patient complaints and billing concerns. Apply conflict-resolution and de-escalation techniques to ensure a safe, respectful environment. Train staff on customer service and patient communication best practices. Required Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare management experience (multi-site Primary Care or Urgent Care strongly preferred). Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop teams. Experience handling patient escalations in high-volume settings. Working knowledge of EHR systems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field. Driver’s license and ability to travel within a 25-mile radius. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish. Previous clinical experience (CNA, MA, LPN, or RN). Master’s degree in Health Administration or related field. Proficiency with data analysis and KPI monitoring tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Calm and professional under pressure, with strong conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
