Social-Emotional Learning & Student Support  * Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff in implementing SEL strategies that promote emotional regulation, peer connection, and resilience.  * Monitor behavior and SEL trends through observation and staff feedback to inform proactive supports and interventions.  * Conduct on-site observations and collaborate with staff to implement individualized strategies based on student needs.  * Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain behavior support toolboxes (e.g., visuals, sensory tools, calming strategies).  * Ensure program environments are trauma-informed, inclusive, and equipped to support the sensory and developmental needs of all children.  * Model positive behavior guidance strategies, de-escalation techniques, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
