Basic salary £22-£24 per hour, based on experience + uncapped bonus- realistic OTE of £60,000+ per year.

We’re looking for a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join our growing team in Hinckley. Whether it’s carrying out expert MET work or precision panel beating, you’ll play a vital role in getting vehicles back on the road safely and efficiently.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking a candidate with proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician, specifically with strong skills in both MET and Panel Beating. While ATA, NVQ, or IMI qualifications are preferred, they are not essential. A proactive and team-focused attitude, along with a strong commitment to delivering quality workmanship, is key. A full UK Driving Licence is also required.

As a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) work to manufacturer standards. You will also perform high-quality panel repairs, including the replacement and alignment of body panels. Accurate recording of all work completed and maintaining high standards of health and safety will be essential parts of the role. You’ll work closely with a team of professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and consistently high repair standards.
