About the Role;
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer with a keen interest or background in air conditioning systems to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong foundation in mechanical and/or electrical engineering who is eager to develop specialist skills in HVAC systems across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Carry out fault finding and diagnostics across HVAC and other building services.
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, water testing/monitoring/sample collection and fabric work.
  • Work as independently or as part of a mobile team and/or on-site where required.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Complete relevant documentation and service reports daily, accurately and on time. Use CRM system to aid data handling.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients & colleagues.

About You;

  • Demonstrable multi-skilled experience across at least two disciplines (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • A good understanding or interest in air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, AHUs, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, independently and travel to various sites as needed.

Desirable;

  • Experience working on commercial or light industrial HVAC systems.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (if from an electrical background).
  • IPAF/PASMA/CSCS card.
