Starting on site, the right candidate, will perform planned and reactive maintenance to a range of equipment, as well as developing a specialised skillset through internal and external training, as well as on-site shadowing.

• Travel to a variety of sites around Northern Ireland and occasionally lodge for no more than a week in the year
• Support the installation of BMS equipment and wiring, configure controllers, upload programs and perform functional testing
• Diagnose and resolve faults, support hardware replacement and maintenance
• Liaise directly with clients and contractors to gather requirements and provide accurate updates
• Generate reports on system performance, alarms and incidents
