 Overview The MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Supervisor leads and trains therapists in the MST model, providing clinical oversight, managing team caseloads, ensuring treatment fidelity, fostering collaboration, engaging community stakeholders, and handling program data/referrals, often with limited direct family cases themselves, focusing on supporting their team to deliver intensive, in-home family therapy. Key duties involve weekly supervision, adherence checks, staff development, crisis support (including on-call), managing program operations, and promoting the program to referral sources.
