Data Entry: Accurately enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and allocation. Approval Coordination: Route invoices for necessary approvals and ensure timely processing. Discrepancy Resolution: Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies. Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
