Job Description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking exceptional and committed individuals with the ability to solve complex problems in a creative way. Successful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, relevant professional experience, and notable extracurricular interests. Fluency in another European language is considered an asset.
We are looking for a sense of intellectual curiosity that will inspire you to develop a deep understanding of any client situation, and to generate innovative answers to complex questions. We want people with the ability to think in logical, structured ways, together with the creativity to look beyond the obvious. We recruit from a wide range of disciplines in both the arts and sciences, and do not require existing technical skills – just a strong desire to learn.
Our team-oriented approach requires individuals who can collaborate and communicate well. We seek proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic candidates who take ownership of their work and make a meaningful impact.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Our application process is now open for positions starting in March 2026.
Please upload your application documents (cover letter, CV, references) on our career site by clicking the “Apply” button.
After completing the online application process, selected candidates will be contacted by our Recruitment Team and invited to a numerical reasoning test followed by a series of interviews. Applicants stating ‘fluency’ in a language will have this assessed during the recruitment process. Please note that fluency in both German and English are a requirement for this position.
We are looking forward to receiving your application!
