• Prepare site civil engineering designs, specifications, plans, and estimates for projects including: site grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, water and sewer infrastructure, roads, and park amenities using AutoCAD Civil 3D and a variety of other engineering software.
• Performing hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, designing stormwater management plans for site developments
• Preparing permit applications and submittals and research on potential development sites
• Completing research, reporting and design recommendations for projects
• Construction observation fieldwork
• Other duties as assigned
