Job Description Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from Front Office and other stakeholders, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Support treasury system users (Front, Middle, Back Office and Risk) in the definition, testing, and implementation of new functionalities. Configure and validate Murex modules, including product setup, static and market data, and P&L calculation. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across various business areas and geographies (IT, FO, BO, Risk, Finance, Management Control). Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to senior management. Analyze and resolve incidents or functional issues within the Murex platform, ensuring timely resolution and process continuity. Contribute to project governance and PMO activities, including reporting, documentation, and committee presentations. Qualifications Must-Have: Minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury system projects or support, ideally with exposure to Murex. Functional knowledge of Murex related to commodities or securities (product configuration, static and market data, P&L calculation, etc.). Strong understanding of financial markets and treasury operations, with a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. Proven experience in requirement gathering and direct interaction with Front Office teams. Demonstrated ability to manage or support multidisciplinary projects across IT, Risk, Finance, Front and Back Office areas. Project Management / PMO skills, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder reporting. High analytical capacity, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English Nice-to-Have: Previous experience working on multi-country or regional projects within banking or corporate environments. Familiarity with treasury and risk management systems other than Murex. Exposure to commodities trading workflows or corporate & investment banking products (CIB). Experience collaborating with senior management or participating in steering committees. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, PRINCE2).
