Description

The Murex/Risk System Analyst will be responsible for the management and optimization of the Murex platform, focusing on risk management functionalities. This role involves liaising between various stakeholders to ensure accurate data handling, configuration updates, and the effective deployment of risk management tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: Configure and enhance Murex risk management modules to support trading strategies. Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure the integrity of risk calculations. Interface with business units to capture functional requirements and translate them into Murex configurations. Perform extensive testing of Murex risk functionalities, including regression and UAT testing, while managing defect tracking and resolution. Provide documentation and training to end-users and support teams regarding system functionality and risk reporting. Technical Skills: Proficient in Murex functionality related to risk management including risk analytics and reporting. Understanding of financial instruments and derivatives, including their risk profiles. Strong SQL Server 2012 skills for data analysis and reporting. Experience with additional risk management tools or software is a plus. Good to have: Treasury Front office, Trade simulation, Trade P&L Nice to have Windows 2012
