ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license.
  • Current or willingness to obtain:


    • NDIS Worker Screening Check.

    • Working with Children Check.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Medical Centres and complementary businesses.
    • Work closely with surrounding organisations to identify opportunities for mutual growth and service expansion.
    • Contribute to business development by fostering connections with local networks and community partners.
    • Support the team in creating partnerships that align with organizational goals and values.
    • Have an understanding of billing services such as Medicare and CTP
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
    • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life.
    • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to musculoskeletal conditions.
    • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain accurate client records.
    • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
    • Provide education and support to clients and caregivers on physiotherapy interventions.
    • Mentor and guide clinicians, fostering their professional growth and development.
    • Stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
    • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
