Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an MSK physiotherapist to work in a bespoke rehab studio which has both treatment facilities and S&C equipment. Be able to assess and treat patients the way you want to. This is a 1 to 1 facility, so you will be able to provide world class service. This role would suit a sports or athletic minded physiotherapist or a very experienced MSK private of NHS trained physio.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and energetic Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will independently assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients experiencing musculoskeletal conditions, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional patient-centered care through evidence-based practices, fostering recovery and wellness across diverse populations. Duties

  • Develop caseload by building local networks.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions, utilising detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Develop personalised treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to promote optimal recovery.
  • Manage a diverse caseload including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and pediatrics when applicable.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure effective outcomes and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as physicians, occupational therapists, and sports medicine specialists to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and mobility.

Skills

  • Proven experience working in outpatients or clinic settings or similar healthcare environments with a focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse age groups including pediatrics.
  • Ability to perform detailed assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Familiarity with current physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy methods, and rehabilitation exercises.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in physiotherapy practices.
