What You'll Do Welcome and engage guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service Facilitate hands-on daily activities that bring science, art, and imagination to life Lead group tours through museum galleries, ensuring a safe and educational experience Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment that supports safe play Support overall guest experience initiatives on the museum floor Occasionally step into the role of our beloved mascot, “MiChiMu,” bringing high energy and big smiles Other duties as assigned Requirements Has a natural rapport with children (birth–5th grade) and families Brings high energy, positivity, and a proactive attitude Communicates clearly and confidently with both children and adults Can manage groups with patience, flexibility, and professionalism Thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment Is available to work evenings and weekends
