Multi Skilled Operators working on plant and machinery in a modern production environment producing mushroom compost.
These are permanent roles working in our facility near Bawtry, Doncaster, DN10 6DJ
Working day shifts of 12 hours on a 4 on 4 off pattern which averages 42 hours per week over the year. Additional shifts are paid at 125%. Weekly pay shown is inclusive of basic pay and standard supplements for weekend shifts and use of RPE.
Pay starts at £620 per week for the probationary period rising thereafter to £650 per week
The roles involve the wearing of appropriate RPE/PPE and the operation of specialist machinery as well as the cleaning of the same. Other plant to be used includes FLTs, Genie Boom, Scissor Lift (training provided).
Small teams working environment.
