The role As a Music Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Music team. You will be at the heart of our music operations, ensuring that the assignment of tracks to our Artists is seamless and efficient. This role is essential for maintaining the high-quality standards of our catalog and managing the core administrative workflows that support our global network of artists. This is a fixed-term employment contract for approximately 8 months starting in January 2026. Your key responsibilities include: Coordinating and owning the execution of the track assignment process. Supporting the Music Development team with daily tasks such as planning for the execution of the track planning process weeks and post-planning and track commission send-outs to our artists. Lead the distribution, analysis, and presentation of the Artist NPS and DEI-mapping survey. Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the overall artist remuneration strategy. Contributing to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achieved. Staying up to date with trends and best practices within the music industry. Requirements: Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with strict attention to detail. Strong project management skillset. A foundational knowledge of the music industry. Strategic thinker with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions. A collaborative spirit, with experience working cooperatively across an organization to achieve results. A detail-oriented mindset to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
