WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for a Media Director to own sales, media planning, and buying at Volume. This is a high-impact role for someone with unstoppable drive ; a hustler who thrives in the fast, unpredictable rhythm of a start-up. You’ll partner directly with artists, labels, promoters, and brands to build campaigns that don’t just get noticed, but become part of the culture on the street.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in media, planning, or buying; *outdoor media experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the music industry and/or music-adjacent lifestyle brands.
  • Strong network and relationship-building skills.
  • Nimble, adaptable, and thrives in a startup environment.
  • Self-starter with go-getter energy and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
