Play Piano, Drums or Guitar?
We are seeking dedicated piano, drum and guitar teachers to work with our team and provide music lessons on their chosen instrument in schools. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in education, and possess excellent communication skills.
Hours to suit you. We have part time and full time tutors working with us.
Looking for teachers of piano, guitar and drums.
Duties
- Teach the instrument of your choice in high quality, engaging lessons
- Create individualised learning plans based on students’ needs
- Provide support and guidance to help students learn and prepare for grade exams
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with us, students, parents, and teachers
- Conduct lessons in a structured and engaging manner
- Provide support in performances in schools you teach in
- Provide constructive lesson notes for each lesson
Skills
- Experienced in working with children aged 8 - 16
- Be able to play their instrument to a good level - minimum grade 4 or equivalent for Primary schools, grade 6 and above or equivalent for secondary
- A high level of awareness of Safeguarding
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
- Proficient in tutoring techniques and educational strategies
Certificates Needed:
- Enhanced DBS
- Level One Safeguarding or Above
- Public Liability Insurance

Pay: From £25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 15 per week
