We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Theory Educators to join our growing team and lead engaging after-school theatre programs for elementary and middle school students. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about acting, storytelling, and creative expression, and who enjoy creating a fun, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. In this role, you will: Teach Music Theory to students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade. Ensure student safety and well-being at all times. Plan and lead engaging acting exercises, improvisation games, storytelling activities, and creative performances. Foster confidence, creativity, communication, and teamwork through theatre-based activities. Adapt lessons to different ages, experience levels, and learning styles. Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement. Maintain accurate attendance and incident records. Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping the learning space clean, safe, and engaging. Schedule: TBC Hourly Pay Rate: $50 Estimated Start Date 8/24/2026 - Estimated End Date 12/18/2026 18+ years of age Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR) Authorization to work in the US Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
