CHILDREN MUSICAL THEATRE TEACHER

Location: Willoughby, Mosman, Manly Vale, Beacon Hill, Mona Vale
We are seeking an experienced and passionate instructor to lead a 5-day program for children aged 6-11. The program will culminate in the creation and performance of a scene or musical for parents to enjoy on the final day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre/ Performing Arts, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a theatrical setting, such as teaching drama classes, directing productions, or leading musical camps.
• Strong knowledge of musical theatre, including acting, singing, and dancing techniques.
  Job Types: Part-time, Casual
  Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour

• WWCC (Required)

• Plan and organize daily rehearsals, workshops, and activities to engage and inspire young kids.
• Teach basic acting, singing, and dancing techniques, and provide guidance and support to help children develop their performance skills.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff members, to coordinate rehearsals and ensure smooth production flow.
