We are seeking motivated MV Mates to support our experienced jointers on projects across Europe, including Germany, Belgium, and other EU countries. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their careers in the power infrastructure sector while working on high-profile projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in electrical or site-based roles (experience on data centre projects is desirable).
• Relevant safety certifications such as CSCS, Safe Pass, VCA, or local equivalents.
• Working at Height training – e.g. IPAF.
• ECS card or equivalent certification.
• Manufacturer training certificates for cable joints/terminations are a strong advantage.
• Willingness to learn and support experienced jointers in technical tasks.

• Assist MV Jointers with installation, jointing, and termination of MV cables.
• Support safe and efficient delivery of works on site.
• Handle and prepare tools, equipment, and materials required for tasks.
• Maintain high standards of site safety and quality compliance.
• Work effectively as part of a team on large-scale projects such as data centres.
