📢 WE ARE HIRING: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – CORE MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES At CORE Molding Technologies, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to join our team. Main Objective: Ensure the availability and reliability of production machinery, peripheral equipment, and facility infrastructure by leading a team of technicians and managing preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities. ---------------------------------------- 🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise the maintenance team and ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Maintain maintenance KPIs on target and implement actions to improve equipment availability. * Provide technical support for troubleshooting machinery, molds, and facility equipment. * Manage inventory of critical spare parts. * Coordinate and negotiate with external suppliers for specialized maintenance services. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements. * Participate in cost-saving and continuous improvement projects. * Manage the department’s budget and maintain accurate maintenance records. ---------------------------------------- 🎓 REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years in a similar role. * English proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced (75%).
