More information at www.boschservicesolutions.com Job Description The Payroll Analyst in the HR Service team in North America is responsible for supporting our MX payroll services and related processes for our Home Comfort division. General Job Responsibilities As an analyst in our payroll team, you will support the timely processing of monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly payrolls using Workday and Kronos time systems; helping to ensure all employees are paid accurately, and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner with positive customer service. You will also work to help to ensure our financial systems are accurate; performing reconciliations, verifying payroll, tax, or time calculations, or supporting our payroll processing team are critical to the role. You will have a responsibility to help educate our associates on processes and tools, and to trouble shoot issues when things may not go as planned. You will collaborate with our internal partners to solve problem or improve our processes, all while focusing on providing a high-quality and accurate payroll processing system. If we can't address a need in our team, we partner with other specialist teams or external partners for additional expertise, all with the goal of getting the issue resolved.
