Partner with Engineering to ensure data freshness and reliable alerting for critical Ops events. Drive cost-benefit analyses and “what-if” simulations to quantify ROI for process or product changes. Produce self-serve reporting and documentation so frontline leaders can access actionable insights independently. This role reports to a Manager on the Integration Ops team and partners closely with functional teams to deliver a seamless, data-first approach to Merchant operations.
