Now, we’re looking for a Car Fleet Manager to ensure smooth operation of our vehicle fleet and support MyBee clients with reliable mobility solutions. Main responsibilities: Manage fleet administration: vehicle listings, pricing updates, photos, insurance, inspections, and maintenance tracking Oversee vehicle statuses (rental, sharing, MyBee platforms, IoT orders, preparation for sale) Handle claims and processes: accident reporting, damage assessment, repair follow-up, cost invoicing, and vehicle returns Communicate with clients and partners, solve problems, and handle documentation (contracts, penalties, accident reports, etc.) We expect from you: Experience in fleet management, logistics, or administration is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple processes and follow up on tasks Good communication skills in client-facing situations Comfortable using web platforms and digital tools Good command of English and Russian languages We offer: Health and safety perks: Enjoy benefits like private health insurance after 3 months and personal accident coverage from the 1st day of work Little perks, big smiles: We have some little extras for you, including an office near city center, snacks in the kitchen, free parking for your convenience, and welcoming colleagues Freedom to flourish: Here, we encourage thinking outside the box, taking ownership, and getting things done.
