• Provide comprehensive virtual consultations for patients on their weight management journey
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating both medical and lifestyle interventions
• Prescribe and manage appropriate medications for weight loss when appropriate
• Offer evidence-based lifestyle recommendations and wellness strategies, including nutrition and exercise guidance
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and make appropriate referrals
• Maintain detailed electronic health records
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions
• Preventive health strategies incorporating mental health support, chronic disease management, and overall well-being optimization related to weight management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in weight management to provide virtual consultations to our patients. This role combines clinical expertise with digital healthcare delivery to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Hours: 4hrs/wk with potential to increase
Compensation: $125/hr
