The Role:
Part of the Workplace team and reporting to the Head of MYO, this role will support the office leasing for MYO, our flexible office portfolio, liaising directly with brokers, agents and customers. This role will support the MYO Leasing Manager team to maintain occupancy in our assets and mitigate voids by owning and leading on leasing transactions with new customers, as well as driving new business development activity. This role will provide support to the Leasing Assistant with initial enquiries and lead qualification where required. This role will engage with the MYO marketing and operations teams, as well as the wider Landsec business where appropriate. The role is part of a team delivering a comprehensive, professional property service to flexible office customers in a growing portfolio.
Location:
The role is based in Victoria and covers Myo portfolio locations across central London. Flexible working is supported, but as leasing roles respond to tour requests, an office-first policy applies. Working from home is accommodated according to weekly demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Leasing Managers in the lease up of the MYO flex portfolio, maintaining occupancy and mitigating voids
  • Negotiate strong and creative commercial deals with new customers
  • Utilise existing and develop new broker and agent relationships to drive leasing for the portfolio
  • Develop new direct customer relationships, working across a variety of sectors to identify both common and unique customer needs
  • Lead business development activities to re-target idle leads, unlock new opportunities and build the pipeline for future portfolio voids
  • Lead by example in delivering a professional service resulting in customer loyalty and repeat business, working closely with internal teams, specifically Operations, Project Management and Portfolio teams
  • Provide market intelligence and analysis to inform decisions on new leasing deals at existing locations
  • Report sales progress, customer feedback and customer retention strategies to maximise revenue, optimise customer experience and inform product evolution
  • Input into strategic direction and future growth plans for the MYO platform and team using market and business intelligence to provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with the wider Landsec business to deliver on the business plan

Your skills, experience and qualifications:

Essential criteria

  • Client-facing experience in the Central London flexible leasing market
  • Demonstrable transaction and negotiation experience
  • A wide-ranging network across the operator, broker and agent industry
  • Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels, including senior executives, working at pace in a high performance team
  • Evidence of working with accuracy, professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge or Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience of CRM systems or similar platforms desirable
