We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong experience using MYOB accounting software. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team with reporting and compliance tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in an organised environment, and has a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments Assist with payroll processing and superannuation Manage BAS/IAS preparation support Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles. Strong knowledge and proven experience in using MYOB Understanding of Australian financial regulations, awards, and tax compliance. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks effectively. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools. Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.
