Are you observant, detail-oriented, and love exploring retail experiences? PRISM+ is looking for Mystery Shoppers to help us elevate our customer experience. You’ll visit our retail outlets, interact with staff as a regular customer, and provide honest, constructive feedback that directly improves our service and operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-store visits to engage with retail associates and observe customer interactions. Complete structured audits covering Customer Experience, Product Knowledge & Processes, Personal Appearance, and Store Management. Capture relevant photos/videos and submit reports immediately after each visit. Highlight areas for improvement to help our retail team excel. Receive training and guidance to perform audits effectively. Malaysian citizen, 18 years and above. Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher is an advantage. Excellent observation, communication, and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions precisely. Independent and able to travel to assigned retail outlets. No conflict of interest with PRISM+ or its retail partners. Experience with electronic products is a plus. Duration: 30–60 minutes per outlet visit. Schedule: Weekly, flexible, assignment-based (no fixed date/time). Workload: 1–2 outlets per day. Payment: RM20 - RM50 (depending on your experience) per outlet visit. Flexible work schedule. Gain insights into retail operations. Contribute to improving customer experiences across Malaysia.
