Project Overview
We are recruiting Mystery Shoppers to evaluate the full guest experience at hotel locations. The project includes an overnight stay and a comprehensive assessment of services including dining and hospitality interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Book a standard room (room-only rate) through the hotel’s official website.
For Netherlands locations, bookings must be made by phone, and the call must be recorded.
Complete a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast mystery-shopping stay.
Evaluate key stages of the guest experience including:
Check-in process
Bar service
Dinner in the restaurant
Room service dessert
Breakfast
Public facilities and overall atmosphere
Dine with at least one additional person during the stay.
Discreetly observe staff behavior, service quality, and professionalism.
Mention a pretend allergy during interactions to evaluate how staff handle guest requests.
Avoid accepting complimentary upgrades.
Take photos throughout the visit.
Reporting Requirements
Keep all itemised receipts for the room, bar, and restaurant purchases.
Submit a detailed report with photos after the stay.
Upload receipts to receive reimbursement.
Requirements
