Work with a great core of individuals who care about food and share a passion for fun. Some experience is required, but we are willing to train. Hiring for Salad, Fry, Grill and Saute station Hiring for Lunch Shifts: 9am - 5pm Hiring for Dinner Shifts: 2pm - 11pm Line Cook Responsibilities: Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat, fish and vegetables. Braising and grilling meat, fish and vegetables. Preventing cross-contamination. Cook meat, fish, and vegetables with customers' preferences Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner. Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times. Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meat, fish, and vegetables across various stations including grill, saute, and fry. Maintain a clean workstation and ensure meals are completed in a timely manner according to customer preferences.
