Description Responsibilities: Oversee all Red Bull on Premise business, across all 6 branches. Manage and set goals for on Premise team to achieve reach targets. Work with RBNA to budget and implement incentive programs to achieve goals in each market. Responsible for the execution of all local and national mandated activity. Responsible for increasing and maintaining RBNA VIP activity in each market. Work with on premise managers and sales reps to train and develop individuals, programing, and activity. Ensure strategies and activities are consistent to RBNA guidelines. Allocate resources to achieve the highest return on investment while ensuring we improve relevance of our product in the on-premise market. Monitor market trends and maintain data on competition. Be an expert in measuring and analyzing standardizing reports and demonstrate a proficiency in reporting systems. Partner with RBNA to secure an excellent, smart, and efficient coverage of the area by the team of Musketeers and Non-Commercial Account Managers. Build relationship with key on premise partners with assigned area. Ensure on premise events approach is following RBNA standards and that we are targeting the events that matter most to driving trial, building relevance, and sales. Requirements Qualifications: 3+ years demonstrated experience working within the on-premises industry (Beverage and multi-location experience preferred). Experience with markets, sales and distribution, consumer behavior and competitor activity. Teach and coach others to sell in the on-premises channel. Analyze and leverage data to drive insights to action. Proficient in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets). Proficient in Microsoft power point (build presentations from scratch). Valid Driver's License. Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Bilingual Spanish preferred
