Description
Title: On - Call Member Services Clerk Schedule Format - Location: Hybrid - San Francisco Pay Information: $34.07 - $41.33 hourly Position Summary: The on call temporary employee serves as a utility player providing great customer service support to the Member Services department. Primary responsibilities include providing front-line phone support and responding to inbound email inquiries. Other functions also include the accurate and timely data entry of essential donor information into the master database. Processing member pledges and payments. May also perform administrative duties including but not limited to mail merges for mass mailings, preparing in house mass mailings, participating in texting campaigns and other miscellaneous duties as required. Job Duties: Identify and resolve routine business problems received by phone or by email in an efficient manner. Prepare in-house donations for deposit Process transactions to member accounts as necessary. Prepare and send in-house mailings. Process credit card transactions Candidate Qualifications: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to ensure a positive interaction with members. Demonstrated flexibility, dependability, and ability to work in a team environment. Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs Familiarity with Revolution CRM desired. Two years direct customer service experience preferred. Data entry experience. Typing 40WPM. Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of fifteen (15) pounds; Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry; Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles over time without fatigue; Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods; Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, twist, sit, and reach; Fine motor skills; Good visual and auditory acuity.
